I booked a chimney cleaning service, but the professional came and bluntly said, “Your chimney is not working, I’ll have to take it with me.” Without even checking or attempting basic cleaning, he said he couldn’t do the service and just left. I was still charged ₹219 as a visiting fee for absolutely no reason — no inspection report, no effort, nothing! Totally disappointed with this experience. Paying just for someone to say “it’s not working” makes no sense.

I have not given him 5 rating. He cheats customer by falsely saying bearing and capacitor of Chimney are not working and hence it is not worth to get it cleaned. Saying so he took away Chimney for repairing and then submitted a bill for ₹4697/- and insisted that payment be made to him. He has tinkering with the UC app. He uploaded the bill of ₹4697/- but I could not made payment on the app and he insisted for payment by cash. Since I did not succumb to his request he uploaded bill of ₹ 5697/- and I made payment of that bill on the app. This man cheats people hence requesting to remove him from the platform. Otherwise people will be cheated like me.
