What types of doors is the Native Lock Pro compatible with?
The Native Lock Pro is compatible with most standard wooden and metal doors with a thickness between 35mm to 120mm. It works with left and right-opening doors. It is not compatible with glass doors, sliding doors, or doors with a narrow stile. If the lock is incompatible after installation assessment, you will receive a 100% refund.
How many ways can I unlock the Native Lock Pro?
The Native Lock Pro offers 6 ways to unlock: • Fingerprint scanner (up to 100 fingerprints) • PIN code (with anti-peep feature) • RFID card (2 cards included) • Mechanical key (2 keys included) • UC App (remote unlock via Bluetooth/Wi-Fi) • DoorBellLink (unlock for visitors via app notification)
What happens if the battery runs out?
The Native Lock Pro uses 4 AA batteries that last approximately 12 months with normal use. When the battery is low, you'll receive alerts via the app and an audible warning from the lock. In an emergency, you can use a USB-C power bank to temporarily power the lock from the outside, or use the included mechanical keys.
What is DoorBellLink and how does it work?
DoorBellLink is our patented technology that sends visitor photos directly to your phone when someone rings the doorbell. You can then choose to unlock the door remotely from the UC app, even if you're not at home. It works via Wi-Fi and requires the bell module (included in the box) to be connected to your home Wi-Fi.
What does the 3-year warranty cover?
Our 3-year complete warranty covers: • All electronic and mechanical parts • Free replacement of fingerprint sensor, keypad, motor, and circuit board • Free service visits for any lock-related issues • Doorstep support within 24 hours The warranty does not cover physical damage caused by misuse or unauthorized modifications.
Is the installation really free?
Yes, professional installation is completely free and typically completed within 2 days of purchase. Our trained technicians will assess your door, install the lock, set up the UC app, and register your fingerprints. The entire process takes about 45-60 minutes.
How secure is the UC App connectivity?
The UC App uses bank-grade AES-128 encryption for all communication with the lock. Remote unlock requires both app authentication and a secondary confirmation. Access logs track every unlock event with timestamps. You can also disable remote access anytime from the app settings.
Can I use the lock without the app or Wi-Fi?
Yes, the Native Lock Pro works fully offline. You can use fingerprint, PIN, RFID card, or mechanical key without any internet connection. The app and Wi-Fi are only required for remote features like DoorBellLink, remote unlock, and access log syncing.
