As soon as Laxmi lal arrived at my place and saw his required job, he told me to cancel the booking. He told me that since the nuts of the pipe end had accumulated some rust, it will break while opening it to fix for a new one. I provided him some oil lubricant to be applied at the nuts for a smoother opening. Initially he denied then on my insisting about it, he called up another executive of Urban Clap who guided him to do the job properly. By that time, the nuts got loose because of the lubricant but he still opened the entire connection tap, kept it on the ground and opened the nuts easily and fixed the pipe which I bought from the market, For opening and fixing the connection tap, he increased my bill amount and warned me that in future I should not purchase any spare part directly but should insist him to bring the same from the market. I was very upset with his job attitude and behaviour. In case of future booking, kindly don't send him to my place in future for any plumbing work. During conversation, many times he repeated that he earns more than a lakh rupees every month from private plumbing jobs. Please note this feedback seriously.

उनकी work quality excellent है। Highly Recommended! 👍 Excellent Service • Quality Work • Professional Behaviour • Reasonable Charges 🙏⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
