2 Parts which are installed are Second hand and water sensor vault and Detergent dispenser. And when we objected he said the company has issued the part. He said it has a 6 month warranty by the company and if anything happens he will come personally to repair it. So he is asking to call him directly, requested not to lodge a complaint against him on the portal. but if we are paying money then at least we get a fresh piece. Even customer service is unavailable on call. Worst experience this is a total waste of money and time.

Mr Balasaheb Janak Suryavanshi. This machine does a great job and has mature knowledge of washing machine repair. His politeness and demenor are very humble and I found him to be very focused on the job at hand.
