I would like to formally escalate the unacceptable behaviour of the executive who visited my residence. He spoke very rudely and disrespectfully to my wife, which is completely unacceptable. Is your team not provided with basic behavioural training on how to communicate respectfully with customers, particularly with a female customer when no male member is present at home? Visiting a customer’s residence does not give any executive the right to behave disrespectfully or make the customer’s family feel uncomfortable. I expect your team to maintain basic standards of professionalism, courtesy, and respect at all times. I request you to take this complaint seriously, investigate the incident, and take appropriate action against the executive concerned. Please share an update on the action taken to address this matter.
