The team was very professional and experienced. They did a great job cleaning my house. I would surely look to have other service with them

We had to say a lot of times to clean up things properly. When they said they’re done with it, there were issues with kitchen cabinet, glass door, one area of balcony was completely left out which we had to mention specifically to clean using vacuum cleaner. Their response to many things was that it can’t be cleaned, or it will leave mark, we had to show them that’s not the case. So their supervisor called and spoke to them and to us, and then they cleaned the parts we identified. It may be the case that they’re new to this or not trained properly, but we don’t expect such service from UC. We’ve had so much better services earlier but this time was a disappointment.

The agents were good.. cleaned the house really well. But not happy with Urban company. I had to reschedule my booking twice. Spoiled my move in experience and wasted my tim

This is fake and fraud professional with 100% scam intention... never recommended him to anybody.. he took service of my residence, completed the service, took payment and didnot end the service... and continued to do services at other site on my booking id generating bills on my account.. when I have scolded him he first switched off his phone later ended the service after complaining to emergency customer care
