Only 2 professionals came initially for the first 3 hours and did things haphazardly, troubling my parents at home. Repeatedly they were told how to proceed but they just didn't listen. Only after my father threatened them with a negative review they did a little better job. It's written it'll take 5.30 hours but they took 12 hours to complete the job and that too not upto the standards we expect, that too basic... Highly disappointed with urban company who have hired such unprofessional people.

I called at the customer care to compensate some services such as: I do not have 4 balconies in my house and insteas of that i asked for the cleanup of the kitchen cabinets interior and also an extra room with dry dusting of walls. Second, I just have 2 bathrooms in my house and instead of the other two, I asked the customer care to compensate it with the cleaning of the interiors of cabinets in the rooms. I wasn't there at the time of service but my parents were there and obviously they couldnt understand much. I came back today and what I see is that there are spider webs and insects in all the cabinets plus the walls of all the rooms are not dry dusted at all. I can see and feel dust on all the walls. I do not expect such a poor service from urban clap. Being a renowned company your employees caused inconveniece to us and took advantage of me not being there at the house during the service. I am completely unsatisfied with this and would like to talk to some senior management regarding this issue. The drawers in all the cabinets are full of spider webs and untouched. This is completely horrible how urban company's employees are providing poor services to people.
