Dear Support Team, I am writing to urgently report a serious issue following the deep cleaning service provided at my home. Prior to the cleaning, my bathroom drain pipe was functioning perfectly fine. However, your cleaning crew filled the drain pipe with heavy dust and debris during the process, and it is now completely clogged and causing water to back up. Since this blockage was directly caused by your team's negligence, I request that you send a professional plumber or technician to clear the drain immediately at no additional cost to me. Please let me know how soon someone can be deployed to resolve this.

I respect and understand the efforts put in by the service professionals. They were hard working and polite. Unfortunately the job couldn't be finished properly on first day but they finished it properly today. So I am happy with the services provided by Shiv chand and Saurabh. But, as a trained professional from Taj group of Hotels and a high end restaurant owner I also know the product were of Johnson diversy, which is one of the best for cleaning and hygiene products. Unfortunately you people used Multi cleaner on my Italian Marble which destroyed the shine and quality of my marble. I suggest UC should use the floor cleaner specially made for marble. Only glitch was not using the right product on right surface. Rest was all good.
