Dear UrbanClap Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concern regarding the service my wife received from a professional named Pooja, who was booked through your platform for a parlor service. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet our expectations. Pooja did not perform the services properly, and when my wife asked her to pack the items post-service, Pooja insisted it was not her responsibility to do so. Additionally, she requested an extra Rs 500 separately, which came as a surprise to us, as we were not informed about any additional charges beforehand. When my wife voiced her concerns about the service, Pooja suggested that any complaints should be made in her presence, which we found to be unprofessional. My wife indicated that if I were to complain, I would do so. We value the quality and professionalism that UrbanClap is known for, and this experience was disappointing. We hope you will look into this matter, as we believe such feedback can help improve your services. Thank you for your attention to this issue. We look forward to your prompt response. Best regards, Inderjeet Sharma
