The make up was not as expected. The hair do was rubbish could have been given a little bounce in the front. Would not prefer to book her again. Arrived 1.5 hours late.

Very Good. The makeup artist is talented, and I was happy with the final look. However, I was disappointed with the customer experience. I was repeatedly encouraged to upgrade to HD makeup even after I clearly said I wanted the makeup included in my package. Later, I was told that HD makeup was being used anyway because it would suit me better, but the products used appeared to be the standard ones, which left me confused. I appreciate the makeup skills, but I feel there could be more transparency and less pressure to upsell or make customers feel they're receiving an extra service they didn't request. A more respectful and customer-friendly approach would make the experience much better.
