I would like to share my feedback regarding the barber who visited our home today. The service experience was disappointing from the start. The barber began the haircut without sanitizing his instruments. When I raised this concern, he informed me that the company had stopped providing sanitizers. Additionally, instead of using a fresh disposable cloth, he initially used a previously used one and only switched to a disposable cloth after I pointed it out. Throughout the haircut, my child appeared uncomfortable, and the barber did not demonstrate the level of professionalism I have come to expect. The quality of the haircut itself was also below standard and did not reflect a professional service. I am genuinely surprised to see such a decline in quality standards from Urban Company. Hygiene, professionalism, and customer comfort are fundamental expectations, especially when services are delivered at home. Highly disappointed with today's service experience.
