He said that thermostat is not working and went to the market to buy a new one… and apparently promised to replace it. However, I did not see any previous thermostat in my house. Moreover he asked me to pay by cash due to some online payment issue he was facing , so I paid him by cash. But now , I do not see anything in my bill that he has even changed the thermostat or not. And he has charged extra money than the rate card amount. I paid 950/- apart from the visitation charges. Please get this resolved asap.
