He didn’t ask us to cover the floor and remove other items. It was messy, left our items dirty and permanent stains on the floor.

There are scratches on my chimney which were not before cleaning. No steam cleaninh was done as highlighted in the app. When asked he mentioned the steam cleaning is just to remove dust which can be done using cloth. They carried just a couple of chemicals thats it, not even detergent. Stove knobs are still dirty. He said only nozzle cleaning is included in stove service?? I am dissatisfied with the service. The chimney panels however are clean. Outer surface is dirty. All in all shabby work I didnt like it. Hygiene wasn’t maintained at all. Gunk was left on the kitchen floor, which I cleaned later. UC clearly showed Rs1547/- bill amount while he was asking for 100Rs more I am unsure why!??
