What will the second visit include?
Application of a semi-solid gel in all/infested areas of the house
Will the professional place back the utensils in my kitchen?
No, the customer needs to wait 1-2 hours till the chemical is dry to place back the utensils. The professional will not place back the utensils even if the add-on is bought
Will I have to empty the kitchen before the visit?
Yes, customers need to empty the kitchen before the 1st visit. You can also choose it as an additional service while making the booking if you wish the professional does so.
Why do I need the second visit?
The second visit targets eggs which may hatch later, hidden cockroaches and new cockroach-babies. Killing them via a 2nd visit enhances the effect of the service, even if the problem is eliminated after the 1st visit
What safety precautions are needed?
The customer should not touch any sprayed surfaces till they are dry. Once chemical dries, do not wash the surface with water and soap, only a dry cloth
Is the service safe for children and pest?
Yes, it is safe. However, it is advisable to keep children and pets away from sprayed surfaces till they are dry and keep an eye on them so they do not lick the surfaces later

The partner did not wait for the things to be taken out as we were busy before and could not take out the things .. he seemed to be in hurry and did not bother to chk where he was spraying The spray was done on my water kettle etc .. the work was that of an amateur who did not seem to be trained in customer care and communication..

I booked pest control including removal of utensils on Saturday 6yh may. The service partner came and told no need to remove utensils, i did it myself, he didn't remove the boxes kept in kitchen, he sprayed the chemical very poorly, didn't go deep into the corners, just from the outside. After partner was left, i could still see many cockroaches till the next morning, what is the point of booking service with so much money if it doesn't work.
