Asked him for geyser service. First he told me that there will be extra charge for scaling down the geyser. I showed him the UC app that scaling the geyser down to floor is included in service. Later he asked me to get the element from market. I got the element. After finishing, he did not clean the washroom. When I asked him to guide how to add service in the UC App because I was using it for the first time, he said he did it on his mobile and asked me to pay cash Rs 800. I again showed him App that initial amount paid is adjustable with final bill and I wanted to pay through UC App. He started arguing and badly shouted. To get rid of this non sense, I paid him Rs 550 in cash. Worst UC experience that I could not dream of. Will never book UC service in my life.

Name: Shan Miyan Mobile Number: 9580830988 Shan Miyan did not replace the parts installed in my geyser but still charged me for them by lying to me. When I questioned him about the parts, he admitted that he had not replaced any parts and claimed that my original parts had been stolen. This is dishonest and unacceptable. I request that appropriate action be taken regarding this matter.
