Some Precautions:

  • If you struggle with sinusitis, migraines, severe cold or ill health, please do not follow these overnight methods. If your nasal cavity is hyper sensitive, the overnight masks loaded with moisture retention qualities might lock up excess moisture in the pores of your face, thus intensifying your health issues.
  • While making these masks, ensure that they are brought down to the thickness of a toner. Having thick face packs left on your face for more than 8 hours will clog your pores, not let them breath and destruct the very purpose of skin cells rejuvenation.
  • Do not repeat the packs for more than twice in a week for the idea of having hydration loaded masks left overnight everyday might cause health issues which weren’t present previously.
  • Ensure that you cover your pillow with an old cloth so that the face pack does not stain the pillow cover while you toss and turn during the sleep.
