If you’ve ever needed to shop for a wedding, you’ve heard of Delhi Shahpur Jat fashion street. If you haven’t, well, you should! It’s meant for those of us who don’t want the heavy price tag of A-list designers, but also don’t want the generic Indian wear that most smaller markets sell.
There’s something for EVERYONE at Delhi Shahpur Jat Fashion Street, no jokes. But that also means there’s wayyy too much to explore. We’ve been wedding clothes scouting there 50+ times, so you could call us the Shahpur Jat Wedding Shopping experts!
So we boiled it down to the absolute best 26 designer boutiques that you can visit, based on your budget, the kind of styles you like and your requirement (a bride looking for a funky cocktail outfit or a wedding guest who wants a pastel light cape lehenga under 30k!)
Before you get into the complete shopping guide for Shahpur Jat, here’s a glimpse into 4 of our favourite Shahpur Jat Boutiques for brides to buy their Mehendi & Sangeet outfits.

These stores add extra oomph to their designs – the brides & bridesmaids who wear them make a style statement and make heads turn
Also called The Bridesmaid Expert, he has 2 stores – one is his smaller, original store that houses lighter outfits and the second is Leela, the newer, bigger store with heavier bridal wear. It’s full of the perfect shararas, anarkali gowns & lehengas in a range of colours, our favourites being the oranges, yellows, peaches and ivories.
ProTip: Ask them to customize it with tons of ghera, and add can-can underneath.

Pick a gorgeous Mehendi/Sangeet lehenga or anarkali here and don’t look at the price tag! In fact, their design aesthetic is somewhat similar to that of Abhinav Mishra’s. She takes traditional Indian wear, and keeps it…traditional! But she adds a touch of designer magic to it. Lately, she’s been adding that magic to benarsi silks and garh cholas.

One Pretty Girl
You’ll find the biggest trend of the year here at the best rate. Back when floral prints were huge, you could find them by the dozens here at great prices. Now that belted outfits and fringes are in, there’s plenty to pick from. This one’s an absolute must-visit for wedding guests. They’re reasonably priced since they use cotton silks, without compromising on the style quotient. Fuss-free and young, they have a modern design aesthetic.

They have 2 stores in Shahpur Jat. This one is in Jungi House lane, and keeps lehengas that even brides can wear to their Mehendi and Sangeet. Kalista is the place for elegant digital print Indian wear, that’s enhanced with a touch of embroidery. It’s a subdued vibe and you won’t find super loud colours here. They also keep a kids collection – the tiny lehengas are adorable!

Their name will be changed to Malhar soon. Located at the corner near Nitya Bajaj’s store, this branch of Kalista has super light wedding outfits under 22k – which is why it’s a great pick for wedding guests. While the outfits are simple, their elegance and sheen comes from the fabric used – cotton chanderi silk.

Price range: Anarkalis cost 18-22k, while very light lehengas are in the 10k range
