This was the worst experience ever. I dont think I will ever book clean up from Urban Clap. The uc employee did not have the equipments to clean the bathroom. But, he said the company shows random things which they don’t do. He lied. They had thrown all our cleaning clothes from kitchen without consulting. The service was really poor. Infact, we could have done a better job.

When we book "Deep cleaning" of an empty apartment you should come better equipped. Cheap excuses like "old stain, I don't have a tile scrubber" are just that EXCUSES. When people hire professional companies they expect an adequate equipment, expertise and respectful attitude. Nobody has the right to demand to speak to someone older and disregard a younger customer's questions and remarks. Complaining and refusing to do the job is unacceptable. Come with tile scrubber, and not only vacuum cleaner for deep cleaning. Bring enough of liquids, pastes, sprays, etc. to do what you are hired. Otherwise the only difference between you and simple street cleaners is the price tag!
