I wouldn’t blame the helper but I would blame the management. Why is it that every time nearer to the date, the regular helper is unable? I am not paying to get this kind of service. You send someone completely new and she doesn’t even finish the job on time or follow instructions. What kind of standard is this? If someone is paying subscription and they have a regular helper, please ensure to send the same person and if the person is not available, then contact us to reschedule to the nearest date! Not just send a replacement and give us something that we didn’t ask for! Ridiculous service!

I'm satisfied with Alice's performance but I'm not happy with your company's style of operations. There's no consistancy in job schedule. You keep changing the cleaners, date and time at the last moment. I would like to terminate your contract and services with immediate effect.
