He took all the details for what needed replacing but the service guy did not get anything. He said not all the information was shared. He will now come back again tomorrow morning with the spare parts.

I think video consultation charges must adjusted once physical visit required.

He has no clue of what he is doing. He gave a wrong report to the technician after video consult.

He guided very well . My washing machine issue was it wasn't spinning, but now it doesn't stop spinning even the water is not getting filled as soon as I press power button the machine starts spinning and doesn't stop until I turn the power button off . The Issue got worse
