Totally useless service to book online. They just tell what you already know. My TV speakers were cracking. He suggested issue could be either speakers or motherboard. Gave estimate of 1360 for speakers and 3500 for motherboard. And then booked engineer visit. I clearly asked if the part not available then also engineer will charge fee. He told me engineer will charge 300 to visit and replace part. I also told not to send engineer at all if part not available. I even clearly told the TV model and he confirmed part is available. He clearly told, engineer won't charge if repair not done. Everything is lie and fraud.
Case diagnosis was just written as low sound, when I diagnosed better as sound cracking.
Now engineer came, as I feared he didn't have the part. But says visiting charge will apply for 300rs even if no repair done. He have generic incompatible speakers worth 3500rs instead of 1360rs, even then won't be fully compatible.
So, basically what is the use of online service when nothing discussed with them happens on the ground. Totally fraud online service. Better directly book offline engineer visit. They'll give clear diagnosis and estimates.
Online diagnosis, estimate, everything is total fraud and useless. Just avoid this useless service.
