Logic of warranty not given to one product is not logical.

Process is tedious and very time consuming. Not everyone can really do it online.

Too complicated to carry out tasks during video call. Very time consuming. If done by home visit the charge of 350 makes AMC unattractive. There is inconsistency in process followed when UC sends someone for inspection v/s customer does himself on call. E.g. customer is not asked to check gas of AC but UC visit person checks gas as well. There is no process to book for home visit inspection. It was wrongly booked as leakage. However the work done is different. AMC and service departments are separate and don't follow common system and process

TV inspection process is such that even a 1 yr old working TV is not accented even after physical inspection by UC technician. Technician himself suggested the TV is fine and not recommended to open it just for insurance, he mentioned even after sheet change there is no guarantee that the insurance guy will accept it. I had to drop TV from the plan. For minor rust on washing machine I was asked to get the body replaced if I want it under insurance.

Nobody contacted and i called multiple times but nobody answered at the time of.appointment . Finally proffesional called teh next day but everytime i raised a query the app said somebody will call in 15 minutes but nobody did. It was not a good experience. I was frustrated till the the point i wanted to cancel the booking and if the guy would not have called for another 30 minutes or so i might have cancelled it

On 5 May scheduled appointment, no one comes out for inspection.
