Dear Customer,

At Urban Company, the health and safety of our customers, service professionals and employees is our highest priority. Given the concerns around the spread of Coronavirus, we have ramped up our commitment towards ensuring a hygienic and safe at- home service experience.

  1. Partner awareness and training: We are training our service partners on how to maintain hygiene, the right technique of washing their hands, and the use of respiratory masks. We would recommend allowing the professional the use of a washroom to wash their hands before and after your service.
  2. Clean and sanitised equipment: Wherever relevant, our professionals mandatorily clean and sanitise all equipment needed for the service experience. We encourage you to ask the partner to sanitise the equipment in your presence.
  3. Single-use products: In order to ensure a hygienic and exclusive experience, almost all our beauty and grooming products come in single use sachets.
  4. Customer support: Our customer support teams have been trained and briefed to help customers in case they inform them of any concerns related to COVID-19

We encourage you to actively remind our partners to adhere to the steps mentioned above. With awareness and the right practices, we are confident we can curb the spread of COVID-19.
