Do you know about the Urban Company Guarantee?

We share our service partner’s commitment to delivering the best customer experience, on time, each time. To honour this commitment, we have launched The Urban Company Insurance Protection Programme. This programme protects Urban Company users against any damages caused during the delivery of a service booked on Urban Company. The insurance amount is of up to Rs. 10,000.

Please note that the insurance coverage is applicable only on services paid for online either before or after the service delivery. The insurance coverage is not applicable on cash payments.

The Urban Company Insurance Protection Programme is applicable on the following services:

• Salon at Home
• Spa at Home for Women
• Electrician, Plumber, and Carpenter services
• All Home and Car Cleaning Services
• Pest Control
• Dry Cleaning

We do not extend the Insurance Protection Programme to customised service categories such as Photographers, Interior Designers, Packers & Movers, where in we allow customers to choose amongst different service professionals interested in their request.
