Sagarika caught India’s attention a decade ago with her flawless beauty and bold acting in the movie Chake De. She married Zaheer Khan in a low key affair. They opted for a court marriage followed by a private wedding with close family and friends, and a star-studded wedding reception in Mumbai’s Taj Mahal Hotel. Sagarika’s wedding fashion choices gave minimalist brides a lot of great inspiration. Sagarika glowed on her wedding day in a deep red silk Sabyasachi saree with an embroidered blouse. She went with a barely-there makeup look, which took nothing away from her rosy complexion. She accessorised her wedding outfit with a simple bindi and a gorgeous jewellery set with contrasting green bangles. Wearing her hair in a low bun, she looked like a delicate and demure bride. Zaheer complemented her simplistic beauty in a soft pink self-print kurta.

Sagarika wore a shaded pink lehenga saree with at her star-studded reception party. We love how she mixed gold and silver in her outfits. Her mathapatti with pearl details and layered necklaces were the perfect bridal accessories. The makeup was again kept natural with her hair done in loose and natural curls. Zaheer looked hot in a rich black velvet Raghavendra Rathore jacket and charcoal black trousers <3
