Methodical and organised. Enterprising as well. He cooks fairly well. He made the North Indian gravy dishes very well. Takes his time to cook and that makes him a bit slow

Cooking was not bad but not the worth that UC is charging. But the main issue was that the cook was smelling really bad. I understand that he was wearing apron and all and might have cooked entire day and but that cannot be an excuse. A cook cannot stink of sweat. It was difficult to stand with him and give instructions. Second issue was that he used too many utensils and didn't even clean the sink. He just wiped the gas stove and clicked a picture.

She made the food to our liking and was very courteous. Has knowledge of variety of cuisines as well. Could have spent a little more time on frying the spices

He was supposed to come 2 times but didn't come second time and didn't even bother to inform. For first meal to prepare he took 2 hours and 15 mins and came late for that too. Not expected from urban company.
