No. In your absence, you can arrange access for the professional. For example, you can leave your key in a secret spot and let the professional know ahead of your booking time.
Do I provide any cleaning equipment?
No, you don’t need to provide any equipment. Our professionals carry everything that is required for the job.
Is it a pet-friendly service?
Yes, it is a pet-friendly service. Although, if you think your pet may get anxious, please keep it on leash for professional's security.
How will the professional clean areas that are at a height?
Professionals can only clean areas that are accessible as they take safety very seriously and will never step on furniture to reach high or inaccessible areas. Although you can provide a stool/ ladder in such cases.
Will the professional remove mold?
While the professional will try their best to do so, it cannot be guaranteed that the mold will be removed completely.
Will the professional move furniture, if required?
The professionals are not equipped to move hefty furniture and will only be in a position to move small & light furniture, if and when required. If hefty furniture is required to be moved, you can assist our professional to do the same.
How often should I get my home cleaned?
Ideally, you should get your entire home deep cleaned weekly or bi-weekly. Besides that, you can get individual rooms or other appliances cleaned as per your requirement.
Can I add additional services once the booking is made?
Yes. You can simply discuss any requested additions either before or when the professional arrives to deliver the service. The service can be added based on the professional’s schedule.
Is any damage caused by the professional while cleaning covered under insurance?
Yes. If you find anything damaged during or after the delivery of your service, please contact Urban Company's support team at 903-618-3690. Please note that Urban Company is under no obligation to address a concern/ claim for damage that arises after 48 hours of the delivery of the service.
Can I rebook the same professional if I like their service?
Yes. If you rate the professional with 5 stars, the next time you book, the app will ask if you want to rebook the service with the same professional. If yes, simply click on their profile to book them.
