Out ac needs a drainage tray and it's not available

As per our conversation please arrange call and fix ac cooling issue which is already on warranty. In call center I had talk as per below which needs to take care. My last service still in warranty till 7th July. On video consultation, they told me that cooling issue will be resolved in warranty and they are going to book the slots. Afere few hours I got call from customer care and they are saying that slots are not available and forcefully said that company gives you refund for last paid booking for ac repair. What is the meaning of warranty then ? Please resolve my cooking issue. I don't want refund. You are cheating the customer on the name of warranty. Please do needful and resolve my issue which is already in warranty.
